Knee pain
I had fracture in right side of my right knee 4 yrs back It started paining in that affected knee now, mainly when I sit and fold legs and while walking also. I consulted doctor who said it is bcz of past fracture plus ligament tear and this pain will remain there with growing age, Hence not curable.. only exercise can reduce it to some extent Now my question is that is it really not curable since I suppose by my age m not too old where I couldn't manage treatment. Or how can I cure it. Also I have flat feets how should I dealt with this problem. Thanks in advance.

Your doctor is very much right about his advice on exercise. With exercise you can make muscles strong enough to support the torn ligament. That will take care of your knee structurally. Further your flat foot can always be the triggering factor for knee pain. So u need to support your foot with an arc in the shoe . this will relieve the unnecessary stress on the knee joint.
