Knee Pain from 3 years
I am having left knee pain from past 3 years. I have done 3 MRIs but none showed any sign of problem/damage. I am having severe pain while going up /down stairs in front part of the knee. If I rest for a week pain in getting reduced. But even If I start brisk walking I am having severe pain.

you may have developed PFPS (patellofemoral pain syndrome) as well lateral maltracking of patella which is causing you pain and discomfort. brisk walk can be painful if your quads are also weak enough to give up. eat well and drink plenty of water daily. see a physiotherapist for your biomechanical assessment as well as gait analysis.

It's a quadriceps tendon strain.
