Knee Pain due to Excess Pressure Applied
Two days back, my gym trainer made me lie on my stomach and bent my knees completely (more than I could take.) Since then my knees are paining while waking and sitting. I have a history of rheumatoid arthritis, Vit D and Vit B12 deficiency( All these three are healed now). Also I am 176 cm 51 kg with skinny legs. Please tell me how to get rid of this pain.
