Knee pain and swelling
Hello, My wife is suffering through unusual pain on the knees. Have got the x-ray done and doctors say that the cushion between the joints (liquid) has been damaged and so there is swelling around the knee and pain. Now a days she is unable to even walk without a knee support belt which is unusual for this young age. When she walks there is knuckling sound that keeps coming and feel it's like two bones are getting rubbed. Please advise for best course of action for this condition as she is barely 29 years old. Thanks, Heman sheth

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
