I have medial meniscus and ACL, I used to have a intense pain while walking and knee locking problem till 6 months back. But since 6 months I don't have pain while walking now. It might come sometimes suddenly while walking for about 10 minutes then go away. Knee locking also reduced a bit.I manage to sit on floor for a decent time now unlike before when I used to have knee lock when I sat on floor for 5 minites. Why is it so? Can I do static biking, Squats in GYM for strengthening of my knees

Locking is usually because of torn meniscus
There could be other cause as well
Can start static cycling if there is no locking
But if locking reappears no harm in going for a Arthroscopic procedure as repetitive locking damages knee joint
