Knee MCL injury
It's been 5 weeks after knee MCL injury I'm now walking normally and can treadmill for 10-15min without any problems.but when i sit for sometimes with folded leg it's painful while making it straight and also I feel not completely recovered how many more days needed for complete recovery

Maybe you are low in vitamin d and b12. This will hamper proper healing. Make sure your levels are more than mid range and take injection vitamin d and b12 if needed. Healing will complete well and such pains will go.

MCL injury almost always heal... But for the pain to completely go away..it may take up to 4 to 6 months

Ligament injuries require same time as bone to heal. Please give more 4-5 weeks
