Knee joint pain problem
My father has suffering knee joint problem for long days. We were counciling some doctors in Bangladesh. They suggest my father some medicine and synvisc one injection. We take medecine but didn't take injection. Would you please suggest me what can I do for my father?

The main course of treatment should include Quads strengthening, Hip flexor strengthening And back extensors strengthening.
Next Steps
Should consult the physiotherapist for gait assessment , posture assessment and find out the weaker muscles

I would like to see his knee X-rays. Also would want to check his knee range and muscle strength. Physiotherapy would definitely help to some extent.

Do an xray knee. Confirm whether it is osteoarthritis. Then u can go for synvisc or intra articular steroids. Physio is vital. Use western toilet. Not to sit with folded legs and climb stairs
