Knee Injury
She slipped in the shower, and her knee is hurting a lot when moving, we have the x-ray the orthopedician wasn't available but the doctors available said nothing broken in the knee or hip region. X-rays and the painkillers prescribed are attached , but painkiller given aren't strong enough

Xrays show no boney injury. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate the in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac . Knee pain comes from soft tissues inside the knee like ligaments / meniscus..It may come even from bone injury.. To diagnose the cause of pain.. Examination is a must..X ray may not show all the injured structures..It only aids in diagnosis which can be done only with a proper clinical examination.

Use knee brace if hurting more.. No bony injury in xray Seems to be ligament injury
