My 5 year old is getting yellow discharge in sleep and while waking up eye lids are covered with yellow discharge. During day time, eyes are normal no pain, no redness, little white discharge is seen if he is roaming in cold air or eating any cold fruits. No running nose. Let me know why is it happening and suggest some eye drops to my 5 year old kid
