Is there any swelling near the inner corner of the eye? If no, your baby is having infection what we call conjunctivitis. You can give tobrex eye drops 1 drop 4 times/ day to the affected eye.
Next Steps
If it still doesnt get better then please take your baby to a local ophthalmologist.

Hi. Don't worry nothing is dangerous if treated properly. Things go bad only if patient/ patient parents  ignore and do not consult at proper time. Kindly share your baby eye pic. Will need proper symptomatic history before prescribing anything. Advice: Go for eye check up. Inclinc or online/tele

Hello, this seems like a tear duct problem Though it corrects on its own. Better to show to any ophthalmologist to rule out any serious infection. Eye pictures will help as well.
Next Steps
Learn criggler massage from youtube and perform with clean hands and trimmed nails
Health Tips
Keep baby's hands clean. Get a consultation/ teleconsultation once before starting treatment.

The issue can be because of Nasolacrimal duct obstruction. In most cases, simple massaging of the ducts may be enough because of the high rate of spontaneous resolution. You should start with Lacrimal massage. Buy Eyedrops Toba. Wash your hands before the procedure. Instill one drop inside the eye and put a drop of the same eyedrops on your index finger and apply gentle pressure over the area between eye and nose and then stroke towards nose and then down till the lower border of the nose. You should perform ten strokes 3 times daily. Maintain lid hygiene. Can dip clean cotton in drinking water to clean the eyes.
Next Steps
Watch Lacrimal massage video on YouTube for better understanding of the procedure.
Health Tips
Both eyes: Eyedrops Toba 1 drop 4 times a day for 7 days
