TOBRAMYCIN EYE DROP DOSE FOR NEW BORN
My 10 days old baby (female), has gound / rheum problem in both eyes, recently she was adviced to use TOBA eye drops; 1 drop each eye in B.D dose. There was no rxn for that, during discharge from hospital Dr orally told my wife to use TOBA eye drop as B.D for my baby. Now my question is, How long should she use? And how many times a day? Pls!

You should consult ophthmologist because discharge may be due to congenital non-canalization of nasolacrimal duct which is very common ,it will not respond with any antibiotic  eye drops .
