Kidney: Both kidneys appear normal in size shape position and echo pattern.Grade 1 Hydronephrotic changes seen in right kidney with dilatation of right upper ureter . Calculus Measuring 5.0 mm seen at lower end of right ureter . Grade I-II Hydronephrotic changes seen in left kidney with calculus Measuring 30mm seen in renal pelvis and Calculi Measuring 15 and 13mm seen in region of inferior calyx. The full report is in the picture. Can you suggest me a best urologists or give me there number to have an appointment.

Hi So you have stones in left kidney and a obstructing stone of the right side in the passage from kidney to bladder Which must be causing pain and vomiting and other symptoms So Present concern is for right side to remove or bypass this stone Rest all needs to be discussed
