Kidney stone in ureter
Extreme pain in the right lower side of stomach and it goes behind the back.I done today test but he said that you have 8 mm stone found in the ureter.
I want to go only through the medicine.Is it any possible chances it pass out.
Please suggest I am too much worried about
If I not surgery what it will happen.

Needs proper evaluation of stone size with ct scan and medications dosage need to be adjusted . If size is less than 10 mm then chances are there it may pass out . If more , then URS/RIRS needs to be done depending on position and size of stone

Hello. Have you done the ct scan? 8mm is bit bigger but may pass out with medicines. If pain is controlled,no fever and blood reports show no infection or kidney function damage then you may wait for 2 to 3 weeks
