Kidney functionality test
Dear Dr,
I am having pain in right side abdomen, right leg and righg testicles... I have taken abdomen scan and it turns noraml. But in kidney functionality report i can see some variation in values. Dose it causes kidney probelms? Pls check and clear my doubt

You are having pain in the back and radiating to the testicle and also to the lower limb and presence of increased uric acid in the kidney function test and mild variation in electrolytes indicating that you are having a tendency to form the stone in the kidney but at the same time you have to confirm it by getting ultrasound abdomen and meanwhile take plenty of water around 3 to 4 litres in one day and avoid taking protein rich food items and food rich in uric acid.

Please get a CT KUB done as the value sif the tests are deranged.
If there is a small calculi, it can be confirmed on a CT as the USG was normal
Also start medication for high levels of Uric acid ad it may further lead to joint pains.

Your uric acid values are on the higher side and if it continues for long time there can be a possibility of uric acid stones development.
Consult for further guidance.

ur uric acid is highly deranged , as well as urea is low which is not of much concern . report is not quite good
u should start medication for thr uric acid.
otherwise u may have pain in other sites of body like great toe and other metacarpals and joints.
