I am having left side abdomen pain
I have lower abdomen left side mild pain in a small area is it due to kidney stone or muscle spasm and urine colour is white with no pain or discomfort

If you find a pain on and off and sharp colicky type then you think of kidney stones. Some times gas also cause a mild pain left side.
Drink more water and have fibre containing foods with keep an eye on your bowel habits.
Still persist please consult a gastroenterolgist
