My irine repprt shows ketone bodies positive amd glucose positive in urine routine results..what does it indicate? I have checoed sugar level 3 weeks before fasting and its 88 ...within in range

Do KFT and HbA1C tests. These are blood tests which shows kidney function and sugar levels in past 3 months.
