34 Week Pregnant with GDM. Ketones 1+
Hi Experts, My wife is 34 weeks pregnant with GDM and just last week we found Ketone Positive in her Urine report. Please advise We are really worried. Is there any harm to the baby and mother ? Please help and advise.

Need to know about sugar levels before considering it alaram sign...may be cos of dehydration also ..if sugars under control need not worry have to maintain foetal kick count monitoring and regular sugar evaluation

U hvnt mentioned the sugar levels Connect with a physician Maintain fasting sugar less than 95 Post meals less than 140 Get her hba1c levels checked Count daily fetal movements

Ketones in urine means ur sugar is not controlled well, consult ur doctor , consider it as red flag
