Hi doctors Please help me know what if I consume high amount of fat during ketogenic diet. I am most concerned about butter intakem As keto is a high fat -moderate protein - low carb diet.

Hello... High amount of ketones in body causes acidosis... It will not help in gaining weight. Have high protein containing food.... Have egg, meat, fish, pulses, and foods cooked using pufa (polyunsaturated fatty acid).. It's good for health. Saturated fat is not good for health.. Exercise daily in the morning.. It increases your appetite . Have more of fruits and vegetables.
