Having cheat day during keto will completely spoil the concept of keto diet.  You need to strictly follow keto if yoy want to, otherwise it doesn't serve its purpose.

Whiskey can not be part of keto diet. By having cheat diet for 2 days you are only cheating yourself. Liver will be able to decipher that you are cheating. Liver will again start sending signals for fats to be stored. Carbohydrates are easy to metabolize compared to fats. So fats will stay where they are and Carbohydrates will be used for energy.
