My brother gained almost 20 kilos during lockdown, he was 64 but he is almost 84 now. He is a civil service aspirant so doesn't have much time to go to gym. Now he have heard about keto advance fat burner, is it safe to use ? Or can you suggest some diet habit to reduce weight ?

Hi Please don't go to all that you see or find or have heard about them in internet or outside..as they are not safe and also contain many long term side effects.. Instead it is better to rely on natural foods that are safe and doesn't have any side effects now or later.. Consume low carbs with low gi foods, all complex carbs to be taken, moderate plant proteins, low fats in the form of dairy or any , include high fiber in your diet, go for all seasonal locally grown fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, lentils legumes, whole grain cereals, whole unpolished pulses, healthy fats like EFA's such as omega 3 and 6 fatty acid foods like sea fish like salmon, macarel, tuna, sardines and herring and poultry, nuts of almonds walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, egg whites, til oil, olive oil, safflower oils for home cooking, and also to follows healthy lifestyle like exercises both morning and evening, warm lemon water on empty stomach upon rising followed by a 45 mins brisk walk, daily on all the days of the week, and yoga, surya namaskar, brisk walking, enough water intake daily around 2 to 3 litres, good sleep and rest, no sedentary lifestyle, metabolism inducing goods which help to stay active .. Hi, Here are a few tips that will help you:- Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat. Have whole grain cereals like millets (Bajra,Jowar,Ragi) and pulses and sprouts. Eat protein rich diet egg whites, Sprouts (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Include healthy essential fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, vegetable seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits like citrus varieties, Papaya and leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat heavy breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast. Moderate lunch and light dinner with maximum fibre and protein’s. Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Brisk walking, Aerobics, Jogging, Skipping or any outdoor activity can be done. Sleep of 7-8 hours will help in releasing all toxins and reduce bloating thus will lead to weight loss.

Fat burners are not safe they have some serious side effects on your body better to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for him to lose safety and fast.

Hi Increase high fiber food in the diet . Avoid white sugar , deep fried food . Make sure to introduce 4 serving of fruits and vegetables in the diet. Drink lemon water in the morning . Introduce detox drink in the diet. If you want to go for a personalized diet plan contact on practo.
