My 64 year old mother needs to gain
My mother has always been thin around 85lbs but in the last year she has lost down to 53lbs she is 4'11 and i cant get her to gain weight she only eats once a day a small meal she says she has no appetite. how can i help im scared her organs may shut down

Please share your mother's daily routine What she eats exactly Sleeping pattern Physical activity level Water intake and any Health related problem including digestive system like constipated or not. Please also mention if she is having any allergy with food or prohibited food for her to plan out accordingly.
