Hi for medicines consult a doctor. On the diet front, advice is avoid fried foods, junk and sweets. Have more fiber in your diet avoid maida and it's products. Have small frame meals do not remain empty stomach for long periods. Do daily brisk exercise for atleast 40 mins.
