Kanchanar Guggulu and Dosha Balance: Primarily balances Kapha and Vata dosha. It does not mainly balance Pitta — though indirectly, by reducing toxins (Aama), it can help minor Pitta imbalances too.
Next Steps
Kanchanar Guggulu in Urinary Tract Infection (UTI): It is not the first choice for UTI. It mainly works on glandular swellings, lymphatic congestion, cysts, tumors, thyroid issues. For UTI, Chandraprabha Vati, Gokshura, and Punarnava are better Ayurvedic options. consult good ayurvedic practitioner before taking any of these
Health Tips
For UTI, drinking coriander seed water (dhaniya pani) 2–3 times a day gives fast relief along with proper medicines!

Kanchanara Guggulu is not given for urinary tract infections, there are different reasons for UTI , this problem should be evaluated with proper tests Random use of medicines will not help , as UTIs are sometime no specific and chronic UTIs should be treated with caution as most of them are drug sensitive and resistant
Next Steps
meet a qualified ayurvedic doctor for further evaluation and treatment

It is not typically indicated for urinary tract infections (UTIs). For UTIs, herbs like Gokshura, Punarnava, and Chandraprabha Vati are more appropriate.
