May b deficiency of iron and vitamin c take bcomplex and vitaminc  chewable tabs for 10days and continue physio8 for a period of 1week mobilisation of joints and passive stretching of the spine will make a great difference thnq

Yes if it’s mechanical pain we can mobilise we can pop joints can reduce pain ,if it’s degenerate or post traumatic we need to treat as per cause
