As you mentioned it started after deadlift, there are chances that you might have discal problem in your spine which would be more clear in an MRI. You need to be thoroughly assessed by a spine specialist to rule out any other diagnosis. After examination, you will be prescribed proper exercise protocol and lifestyle modification to help you out.
Next Steps
Book an online consultation or go for an offline one to a spine clinic.
Health Tips
Keep a check on red flag signs such as discomfort in bowel bladder, loss of balance, loss of power in legs, numbness tingling around the genital area.

Hey there! Your x-ray shows arthritic changes at L5-S1. Your sacro-iliac joint is also affected as seen in x-ray. You should continue physiotherapy. Visit an orthopaedician and consult a dietician and also it will take time. Take manual therapy also. Strengthening of muscles required but these things also important if you want a better output.
Health Tips
do not be depressed. it would yield bad results that way. better be optimistic. believe in yourself.
