Having shoulder joint pain, wrist pain from last 15 days during exercise..there no swelling over joints and usage of vitamin d can relief for some time time..

These can be due to simple muscle sprain or as a part of some type of inflammatory arthropathy e.g. gout or RA

u can start T.DAN-MR 2 times for 2-3 days. still if u don't get relief then consult orthopaedician either by video call or in person
