Jerks while going into sleep
I am facing issue that while going into sleeps in nights (sometimes in afternoons )sudden jerks are coming . Mostly I am feeling dizziness ( sweeping the whole body) in day and night as well .Kindly suggest what could be the issue . Thanks in advance.

Please eloberate your symptoms. Is it like falling from bed in sleep kinda feeling or like involuntary body movement when you go to bed? Please get your electrolytes, cbc, vit b12 and vit D3 levels and follow up.
