Jaw pain and constriction
Hi, please help.  I have jaw pain and constriction. It's like my mouth is getting smaller and the jaw can't fit in there. I feel like stretching it over and over again by opening my mouth widely. There's swelling on the right side of the lower jaw (I can see it from outside on the jawline). I have had an X-ray a couple months back and got to know that it could be because of wisdom tooth. Sometimes, the teeth seem like touching each other too. There's a weird sensation in all the teeth (Not sensitivity) and I feel like scratching them. The pain increases when I eat food like chapati, or apple etc. It has been a few weeks. Sometime during sleep, I unknowingly clench my jaw and it hurts so much. It seems that my teeth would either fall off, or I would not be able to open my mouth again. I am also highly aware about my tongue, and it's positioning when at rest. Jaw pain and tightness increases when I read out something. Please help since this is getting very distracting and painful.
