Jaundice side effect
Sir I was a jaundice patients,but now I m ok,but problem is after that I look like fatty , before jaundice I was perfect body shape,but my doctor suggested me not to done heavy work,like cycling, swimming,gym but I want join gym for fitness.so what I do ? Can I join heavy work, actually I m now already fit I m confused, during jaundice I use vit b complex, jaundice happen 4 years back from now,sir give me some response??

Hello First I will work on making ur liver functions. Making your liver stronger will help in achieving more than half of the goal. Because of weak liver the muscle mass also reduces in body . So as u will gain muscles , fat content will lower and then will be able to do high skilled activities like gaming, swimming, etc

HI, You can definately start your routine activities and exercise as its been 4 years now. Also initially dont do heavy but gradually increase the intensity. Eat good amount of fruits and vegetables as they will keep your liver healthy. Hydrate optimally by drinking a glass of water every hour.

There has to be some other reason for your doctor to advise you against working out. Either it was for the immediate oeriod after your illness because jaundice affects the liver for long term and might leave one weak. Especially, since this illess was 4 years ago, i think you can resume working out peovided there is no other reason for the doctor's advice.
