IVF (Needed or not)
Dear sir/Mam
I had 3 missed abortions in first trimester (heartbeat never came) and last 2 bio chemical pregnancy ,I have small chocolate cyst of 3 cm in left ovary all the test apla (ANA weekly positive 1:100) keriotyping of both partners thyroid sugar are normal just my ANA weekly positive husband s semen analysis and DNA fragmantation normal so I have to do ivf or any other options or what is the reason of recurrent miscarriages pls help giving your opinion is so important for us 🙏

As your ANA is weakly positive better do consult endocrinologist and get evaluated clearly and get treatment

As such no need of ivf. You need proper treatment from pre conception and during conception with lmwx or aspirin .

In your case there could be some auto immune reason for recurrent miscarriage. IVF may not be needed as you didn't need treatment for getting pregnant, but you experienced recurrent miscarriage.
So, consult a high risk pregnancy expert who can guide you with various treatment options like low dose aspirin and enoxaparin during pregnancy which can reduce the chances of miscarriage in women with a history of recurrent miscarriage.
