I had 3 missed abortions in first trimester (heartbeat never came) and last 2 bio chemical pregnancy ,I have small chocolate cyst of 3 cm in left ovary all the test apla (ANA weekly positive 1:100) keriotyping of both partners thyroidsugar are normal just my ANA weekly positive husband s semen analysis and DNA fragmantation normal so I have to do ivf or any other options or what is the reason of recurrent miscarriages pls help giving your opinion is so important for us 🙏
