Ayurveda treatment for ITP disease. My son is suffering from ITP. He is suffering from this disease since March 2024. He has taken Allopathic treatment but problem exists. Please advise best ayurvedic treatment in Pune Maharashtra

For diseases like ITP Ayurvedic treatment won’t help.
What drugs he is receiving ?
Steroids? IVIG? Rituximab?,Eltrombopag?
