Most probably the cause is allergic. In such cases please do not self medicate.as there are hundreds of eyedrops for all different purposes. Chronic itching can cause severe damage to eyes and it's power.
Next Steps
kindly seek some form of consultation either physical or online.

Dear friend, Your symptoms are pointing towards ? allergic conjunctivitis But as you have mentioned you have used some eye drops without any releif. It is very difficult to comment on diagnosis unless and until you are examined in person. I suggest you consult eye doctor near by your area and get the proper diagnosis and treatment for your eyes. Or else you can try online consultation on practo itself. We  at Latika eye and maternity clinic ,Goregaon , Mumbai will be glad to help you. Rest do not do any self medication . Remember you already have used some eye drops...stop experimenting and get a proper detail eye check up done. At the most what I can tell you is stop itching your eyes..otherwise it will just worsen the situation. You can use cold compress. And can use some lubricating eye drops just for temperory comfort. Rest I would not recommend any self medication without consultation as you have already used some eye drops. Hope this helps.
Next Steps
stop itching cold compression and get eye check up done with near by ophthalmologist.
Health Tips
in this situation patient has already used some drops without relief.so further use of any eye drops without proper consultation from eye doctor is not advisable.

Start with eye drops olopat 3 times a day and eye drops refresh tears 4 times a day. If there is discharge, then antibiotic eye drops will also need to be added. You also have to reduce your screen time with frequent breaks in between. Avoid rubbing your eyes.
Next Steps
If no improvement in a week, consider online consultation.
