Itchy Skin Rashes

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My wife has got skin rashes all over the body and it's quite itchy. Not sure what is the allergy. After taking cetrizine it subsides for time being but again the rashes came up and it's itchy. I have posted the pics. Bt cannot post all pics do not have option.It's all over face, belly, legs full body. Please advice what is causing this allergy and treatment for this and permanent cure of it.
