Itchy scalp & leaves wounds if scratched
My scalp is really itchy and I have a dandruff and hairfall problem since quite a few years now. But it got worse and now it's so itchy that it causes wounds on my scalp. Sometimes I have to wake up from my sleep to scratch because my scalp is too itchy. Please help.
