Itchy inner thighs

Asked for Female, 37 Years

Inner thighs have become black and it has raised bump like rashes. They are super itchy. I consulted dermatologist cured for some time and came back. Took Ayurveda medicine same results cured and came back again. Please some one give me a permanent cure. P.s. Post pregnancy got these rashes.
