Itchy, flakey skin red , little bumps.

I hv develop this skin issue a year back on my private part . I started using antifungal cream called fordem. It was effective n the rashes was better ( but didn't fade ) . This is happening like it's coming n going .. now it's there the whole pubic area is red and itchy .. it got spread on inner thighs, buttock line.. so itchy that i couldn't resist myself from scratching. My doc says it's an allergy due to the moist area.. i don't know what it is n now the condition is worst i am not able to even wear a panty. I am using calendula ointment from last night i don't know how much it's effective. Note : little bumps do not bleed or any other discharge, vaginal discharge is normal. But it's hell.. can't take it anymore.the whole pubic area is red rash and itchy plus the inner thighs too..  Should i use curd ? Pls refer sm ointment which is effective .
