I have itching problem in my body.Red Spots on my whole body . I have sometimes more and more itching in these Red Spots .When I start itching than I repeat again and again

avoid itching as much as possible, give cold compresses . use lotion named caladryl lotion twice a day on affected area and tab levocet 5 mg once a day for 3 days .

U can also give some ice compresses.
Wear soft breathable cotton clothes. avoid synthetic fibres
