Itching in anal area
From last few days I am having intolerable itching on outer area of anus. It's not continuous but occurs frequently . If I stand it becomes under control but while laying on bed or sitting it causes itching. It stops after sometime. I don't eat spicy food. After I wash it then also situation is under control. Attached is image. Please suggest what's the issue.

skin is appearing macerated and erythematous..looks like fungal infection.. but need to rule out other conditions that can mimick it..
