Is zinc acetate and zinc are same ?
I've been taking zinc suppliment in which zinc acetate is 75 mg.. Is is safe or am overdosing ? Is zinc acetate and zinc both are same ?

If you had read Chemistry in school you would have known that no metals can be consumed as Metals by human beings. It is always taken as a salt. We take Iron as Ferrous sulphate, Sodium as Sodium Chloride, Calcium as Calcium carbonate and Zinc as Zinc acetate.
