I am a 22 year old female and my thyroid level is 6.2. Currently I am prescribed Eltroxin of 25mcg. My question is: Is this level of thyroid reversible? Or will I have to be on medication my entire life? My mom also has thyroid and dad had diabetes.

You have to take medicine on long term basis.
Certain endocrine problem run in family
