Is it good to put all my frustrations and stress through sex, exercise and writings? Is this a right solution? Will this ease the deppresion?

Hi. Frustration and stress are negative feelings and these need to be resolved through acceptance rather than rejection. Channelising these negative emotions into a constructive activity( for example, exercise,  safe sex and writing in your case) is a positive coping strategy as long as it doesn't result into any kind of addiction( or negative habit like addiction to sex).

However, if these negative emotions stem from any underlying psychological issues, it's is important to gain awareness about the root cause through therapy or counseling.

I am able to understand ur difficulties. Many of the symptoms which u have mentioned is seen in people with depression and anxiety. Not knowing how to cope with stress can lead to such difficulties. Depression makes a person sensitive and irritable to things which they were able to tolerate before and lead to interpersonal problems. People tend to improve their mood on their own by excess eating, masturbation,  watching movies but with no benefit.  V would need to know few more details like ur sleep, hunger, energy levels, interest etc to give appropriate suggestions. Depression reduces the concentration, motivation and interest in a person. Dont feel bad, it's not ur fault. It usually occurs because of chemical or hormonal changes in the brain. Ur problems can easily be treated with counselling and if needed medications. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or family life.
