This combination is generally manageable when prescribed by a doctor for multiple conditions simultaneously. One important thing to note: the beta-blocker in your BP medication (Nebivolol) can mask the warning signs of low blood sugar (like trembling or fast heartbeat), so you need to monitor blood sugar regularly since you are also on a diabetes medication. If there is Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) in the BP combination tablet, it can raise uric acid levels and partially work against the Febuxostat â please clarify this with your prescribing doctor.
