Low lying placenta is a worst condition in women's life, during the pregnancy. Because in this if it is grade one no problem but in grade two or three there is some times sudden bleeding will start due to which risk to both mother and fetus is there, you should follow some precautions as told by other doctors and also don't hold urine for long and avoid constipation. And intercourse.
