Low lying placenta
Hello all I am 16 week pregnant with DCDA twins and we did cervical length scan today . The results showed that one twin has lower edge of placenta is completely covering the internal OS and another twin is normal . Cervical length is 4 cm . How serious is this condition?. Is there any chance that the low lying placenta resolves by 24 weeks ? Kindly advise please?

A low lying placenta can bleed profusely It is unlikely that a complete placenta previa will resolve by 24 weeks
