Is there any cure for sleep paralysis?
Today in the morning, while sleeping I heard someone is trying to say something to me, I tried to open my eyes and mouth, tried to move my legs and hands but not able to. In simple words, I wasn't able to move my body. After few seconds I woke up from my sleep and were able to move my body. It happened third time in three years. It was so scary. I am taking proper 7-8 hours of sleep every day. What is the cause of sleep paralysis? What should I do?

Well difficult to say what the reason is. Better to consult and we need to do some tests and see. Thanks
