Complete tear with partial resoprtion of the distal fibers of the
anterior cruciate ligament noted in T2W and FSPD images. The
proximal fibers are seen scarred to the genu of the posterior
crucaite ligament

If there is instability while walking or if the knee “feels loose” complete tears of the ACL usually require an arthroscopic surgery after a conservative trail. Thanks.
