Is stage 4 cancer terminal?

I am a 36 year old man. I have been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer so early in life. I used to drink a lot of alcohol earlier. Is stage 4 cancer terminal? Is there any alternative medicine that can help me? The stomach pain is unbearable.
