NO. it can be treated completely. the key is to follow your doctor's advice and not make adjustments in medicines yourself

First episode of psychosis treated for 2 years. If second episode appears it need treatment for 5 years and if again episodes appears it require lifelong treatment. Apart from medication there many other factors important which decides the future course of illness and treatment.
