Neurokind LC has B12, Folic acid which are completely safe.
It also has levocarnitine...human data on this component is limited, but it is widely used for leg cramps in pregnancy ...and at 30weeks fetus is already formed....so no structural malformations...and the dose of levocarnitine is way less .
