Is Allegra safe to take in 38 week
Hi I'm having severe cold and doctor suggested to take Allegra 120 is it safe in pregnancy?? Will it impact my baby or delivery as it's planned for tomorrow

Take paracetamol and levocetrizine separately  as allegra (one of the ingredient in cheston cold) is not recommended during pregnancy. Try steam/ warm water gargles. Conservative management is always preferred in pregnancy, avoid medicine if possible
